Brilliant engineers and scientists have the opportunity to form smaller, private companies who can compete by taking advantage of the agility and economical pricing unique to small business.
The downside is that many of these companies lack the program management infrastructure, experience and knowledge needed to work in the most streamlined method possible. This gap inevitably leads to losing time and money trying to reinvent the wheel of program management and can endanger the future of the business. Engineers have specific skills sets crucial to the program and waste critical time while learning and fumbling through program management tasks. Partnering with a skilled and experienced management team allows the utmost efficiency, allowing engineers to engineer.

Arsineh Hebert, Owner
Arsineh launched Laminar Management in February 2017 with a mission to help guide the trajectory of private aerospace startups on a course for success. In addition to being responsible for the overall business, Arsineh works closely with her teams on numerous projects.
With 20 years in the aerospace industry, Arsineh has developed a diverse set of skills allowing her to directly interface with executives - steering companies successfully towards their goals. Her experience comes under the guidance of highly respected mentors. She has made significant contributions to leading aerospace companies ranging from Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen Hamilton and most recently, The Spaceship Company. One of Arsineh's key strengths is her ability to dive into the details while always maintaining focus on the big picture.
Arsineh earned both her bachelor’s of arts in philosophy and master’s degree in business with honors at California State University, Long Beach. Arsineh has continued to expand her education in the field by maintaining Earned Value Management Certification at Raytheon and later earned her Project Management Professional license from the Project Management Institute in 2016.

Collaborative Consultants was established in 2013 by the forming of several like-minded Aerospace professionals to promote industry best practices and consulting services. Collaborative Consultants specializes in Program Management best practices, Systems Engineering, Strategy Development, Marketing, Proposal preparation, Unmanned Aircraft Systems regulatory policy, and career development. Personnel at Collaborative Consultants have been spent decades at the leading edge of the industry in development and training of program management best practices, technology development, Systems Engineering, and initiating the introduction of Unmanned Aircraft Systems into the National Air Space via coordination with the FAA. Current customers include Unmanned Aircraft Systems industry, Unmanned watercraft industry, the railroad industry, and government organizations in the US and Belize, providing strategy and marketing development, systems engineering, and program management best practices consulting.
